My Two Cents

This blog is my first blog ever. It has been around for more than four years already. I, myself, couldn't even believe that I reached 4 years. I do not build up my blogs like the others. I just really blog. However, there are those nomadic people who take the path that Google gives them. Thus, they reach my blog.

Most people who wronged their way here is because they search for information about Sulu and Tausugs. Apparently, Google loves me enough that it always pave the way to my blog.

I am a proud Tausug and Sama. I am not a hypocrite to my own being. I listen and appreciate Sinug and Sinama songs. I speak Sinug at home. I do not aim to be known for this and that. I aim to be a good muslimah. I respect my parents more than I respect my own being. I entrust my living to the Almighty Allah SWT.

However, in some cases, there are people who does not get me. There are people who reach to me because apparently they think that I need help. Thank you for the concern but I am fine. I have my mom to give me advices. I have a brain to think accordingly.

Lately, I have been receiving messages such as: what's the reason of taking a photo and so on. Why? Why can't a take a photo of myself? As a matter of fact, I want to have a memorabilia. Why spend your efforts on me when I am already practicing Islam? Why not on those who really needs your preaching? People are now being a halal police on me.

Please! There are millions out there who does not even wear hijab. Do your magic on them. My father has thought me everything I NEED to know. Amin. May he be in peace. And I am also researching about Islam. I really want to be a better me. For that, I am taking single steps.
