The good thing is, at least, I was able to receive the letter. Once, my cousin sent a letter to our cousins in Brunei. The letter hasn't been received until today. It was sent seven years ago. I wonder where it went? To the trash?
There could have been a more reliable postal system instead of having a lame one. This is why private postage is ruling the market. The government is too busy with its endeavor for self-promotion of its officials while all others are suffering so much.
I may be over-reacting but it is true. Haven't you noticed the frequent hikes of prices nowadays? Just a week ago, load wallets rose. Now I need to pay an extra peso for a ten peso load. Now, that's devastating. Even the b1 meal at jollibee rose to 60 from 57. I am not a stingy person. I am only concerned of what's gonna be happening next. Maybe in a year, we will be paying gold for water. Hence, it is true. The poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer. Mark this, noone stays at the middle.

it's been like that... ever since...
